'Kids' Mural
This was a mural I painted at "Blessings Christian Book Store' in Hamilton. It was above the children section of the store. This was a Christian book store, so I decided on a little shepherd and his little sheep as a theme.

First Ideas
Coming up with your design for your baby's nursery can be so exciting. There are so many options and directions you could go. One of the first things you should think about is what colour palette you would like to work with. You need to ask yourself, what colour are the walls? What style of furniture and bedding are in the room?
The next thing to think about is the theme, whether it is going to be from a favourite book or movie, or an original idea. These colours, styles, and ideas should be brought with you to our first consultation. This way I can get a good understanding of what the room looks like before we start brainstorming!

Now what?
Your tiny little peanut is born! If you were like me, you did not know if it were a boy or a girl until the doctor told you in the delivery room! And if you were like me, you thought you had more time to decorate before this bundle of joy arrived! Never fear! Chances are your new baby will be sleeping in a bassinet next to your bed under your watchful eye for the first few months. This will give you time to invite me over and decorate for you! (since all your time will be in high demand by such a tiny person)
Reading under the tree
This is an example of one of my original designs. Open wide scenery or gardens can make a soft and subtle addition to a child's bedroom. The detail on this picture was actually rather difficult. Although it looks like a large mural, it was actually really quite small. It measures only about 1 ft sq.

Suess1
Suess2
This is from the book "Hop on Pop" by Dr. Suess. It is of three fish in a tree. But maybe that's obvious.
